$500,000 in grant funds to help Huntsville’s vulnerable residents

Several local agencies serving Huntsville’s more vulnerable residents will receive nearly $500,000 in Emergency Solutions Grant funds from the City of Huntsville. At its regularly scheduled meeting Dec. 2, the Huntsville City Council approved 10 resolutions allowing Community Development to administer financial assistance from the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA).
