The City of Huntsville has approved a contract with Miller & Miller, Inc. to make streetscaping improvements to a major downtown corridor. The project will span 1,000 linear feet of Monroe Street between Williams and Clinton avenues and include the installation of new sidewalks, streetlights, landscaping, irrigation and asphalt resurfacing.
