Pawty time! Cosmo predicts an early spring at annual Ground Dog Day

That is, if you believe Cosmo, the mixed-breed pooch that predicted an early spring at the second annual Ground Dog Day at Huntsville Animal Services. Two new sports fields are coming soon to South Huntsville. The City approved a $2.4 million contract with Chorba Contracting Corporation to build facilities for the Hays Farm Sports Park.
