Pivotal City of Huntsville road projects moving forward
September 14, 2023Several road projects designed to improve traffic safety and movement through Huntsville are moving forward. City Council approved agreements with the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) to fund construction on the Northern Bypass Phase 2, and planned improvements to Martin Road and to U.S. 72. “The projects are pivotal to our transportation infrastructure and, when complete, will help provide safer and quicker commutes for our citizens,” Mayor Tommy Battle said.
