District 5 Council Improvement Funds
August 8, 2024Council Member John Meredith conducted check presentations to Global Ties Alabama and AUM Foundation USA in July for funds donated through the District 5 Council Improvement Funds. Altogether, Meredith allocated $37,300 to five organizations in June and July.

August 8, 2024Council Member John Meredith took part in the ribbon-cutting for the refurbished Rocket Row at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. The project moves the Rocket Center closer to the restoration of historical rockets on display in an attractive park setting. The Rocket Center is a jewel not only for Huntsville but the entire country, and Meredith was honored to attend the event.
