District 5 forum with Frank Barger
June 6, 2024Council Member John Meredith hosted Madison County Probate Judge Frank Barger at the District 5 Forum in May. Barger focused on the duties of the probate office in administering elections. The probate judge is the top county elections official. Barger discussed the cost and logistics of preparing for elections to accommodate the 320,000 registered voters in Madison County.
