Traffic Alert: Panoply Arts Festival

The Huntsville Police Department is assisting with traffic control and road closures for the 2024 Panoply Arts Festival , held the weekend of April 26-28. In preparation for the event, several streets around Big Spring Park will be closed.

• The westbound lanes of Williams Avenue between Church Street and Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard are closed for event setup.

• On Wednesday, April 24, at 8 a.m., all lanes of Church Street between Clinton and William avenues will close.

• The closures will remain in effect until Monday, April 29, at 5 p.m. to accommodate event breakdown.

Due to heavy pedestrian traffic, please use caution when traveling downtown.
