New Year’s Eve Downtown Event Road Closures

A New Year’s Eve event downtown will incur road closures from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. New Year’s Day.

Greene Street will be closed between Monroe Street and Clinton Avenue and Holmes Avenue will be closed between Lincoln Street and Washington Street. The event will be in the parking lot at the southeast corner of Greene St and Holmes Ave. The roads will be closed no later than 5 p.m. and they will be re-opened no later than 2 a.m.

HPD Officers will be assisting with event security and traffic control at this location. There will be possible traffic congestion and pedestrian traffic in this area so please be cautious when driving through the area.
