Huntsville police are in the process of securing Capital Murder warrants for 43 yr old Rodney Shawn Geddes in relation to the homicides on Knollbrook. On June 19 at approximately 3:28 pm Huntsville Police received a call from a concerned relative that indicated there were two deceased bodies in a residence at 4008 Knollbrook Dr. When officers arrived a total of three victims were located; they are identified as 42 yr. old Iris Koress Bynum and two juvenile females, one 17 yr. old and one 16 yr. old. During the initial investigation, it was uncovered that Geddes had been living in the home and had a relationship with Ms. Bynum. They recently had separated. Huntsville Police learned that Geddes was taken into custody in Franklin County TN, walking in the area of Interstate 24 around 9pm same date. He is currently being held In the Franklin County Jail on un-related charges and to be extradited back to Huntsville. That agency is aware of our investigation.
