Jordan Ln July 26th Shooting Investigation – Arrest

Huntsville Police arrested twenty-year old Tayveon Doron Sanderson on August 7 ^th for Capital Murder in relation to the July 26 ^th Jordan Ln Shooting Investigation. He was located this past Friday at an apartment on Westheimer Drive with the assistance of the US Marshal’s Task force.

On July 26 ^th around 6:15pm HPD responded to investigate the shooting death of 22 yr old Sanchez Leslie at a location on Jordan Ln just south of Mastin Lake Rd. At the time of the shooting, the offender’s ex-girlfriend was also in the vehicle but unharmed. The altercation at this point in the investigation apparently stems from an ongoing domestic dispute between the victim and the offender.
