Honoring Kenny Anderson

Council Member John Meredith presented a resolution Kenny Anderson for his 11 years as the City’s Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI).

The resolution recognized Anderson for his “distinguished career” and thanked him for his “decades of extraordinary service to the community.”

Anderson launched several initiatives in leading ODEI, including Jazz in the Park-Huntsville, Huntsville Civic Engagement Academy and the City’s intern program.
