Maintain Don’t Gain concluded after the New Year’s Day holiday with fantastic results! There were a total of 16 weighing locations in North Alabama, ranging from private employee locations at Huntsville Hospital to public locations at many of the City of Huntsville Department of Parks & Recreation centers. These locations saw 1,236 individuals weigh-in with 57% of them beating the challenge to maintain or lose weight over the holidays. This lead to a total of 2,249 pounds lost by individuals in North Alabama!
All individuals that weighed in and out received a Maintain Don’t Gain t-shirt, thanks to the sponsorship of TOC Sports Medicine. Additionally, participants that maintained or lost weight were eligible to win additional prizes donated by local businesses.
