District 5 Town Hall recap and details on October meetup

Thank you to residents of the Reserve and surrounding communities for coming out to last month’s District 5 Town Hall. Special thanks to Huntsville City Schools (HCS) School Board President Carlos Matthews for addressing HCS-related questions.
