City of Huntsville offices to close for Labor Day

• Garbage Collection :Residential collection will be delayed one day the week of Sept. 5-9. Residents should leave carts at the curb until they are collected.
• Parks & Recreation : All facilities will be closed, except the Brahan Spring Park and Dr. Richard Showers, Sr., splash pads, which will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Public Safety : Essential police and fire personnel will remain on duty throughout the holiday.
