In an effort to reduce overcrowded kennels, Huntsville Animal Services (HAS) is waiving adoption fees on all adult cats and dogs through Saturday, Sept. 11, though some exclusions apply. All adoptable pets are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped and come with a City license and free bag of pet food.
