Atkins Drive Shooting

The Huntsville Police Department Violent Crimes Unit is investigating a triple shooting that occurred in the 2200 Block of Atkins Drive NW.  Officers were called to the scene around 1230PM to investigate gun shots in the area.  When officers arrived they located three (3) victims suffering from gunshots wounds in the front yard.  One victim had been shot in the abdomen, one had been shot in the arm/shoulder and the last was shot in the lower leg.  All victims were transported to Huntsville Hospital for treatment.

Investigators are looking for a small blue SUV that is possibly involved.  Anyone with information should call Huntsville Police at (256)722-7100.
