Accelerating change in sustainable water management

During its Aug. 24 meeting, City Council recognized international guests and winners from the Space4Youth Competition , sponsored by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs and the Space Generation Advisory Council.

The Space4Youth winners were selected based on their essays that considered space as a tool to accelerate change in sustainable water resources management, hydrology and the protection of aquatic ecosystems.
