2018 Alabama A&M Homecoming Parade – Downtown Huntsville

Huntsville’s annual celebration of the Alabama A&M University Homecoming Parade will be held on Saturday October 13, 2018. The roads in downtown Huntsville will be closed for this parade beginning at 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Citizens traveling in the downtown area on Saturday morning should expect detours and traffic delays as well large amounts of pedestrian traffic. The Huntsville Police Department will be posting officers throughout the affected intersections to keep business traffic flowing and open in the area.

Parade Route:

The parade will gather in Lot K on Clinton Avenue and exit the parking lot to travel north on Woodson Street, turn right to travel east on Holmes Avenue, turn left to travel north then east on Monroe Street, turn right to travel south on Jefferson Street, turn right to travel west on Clinton Avenue and turn right to enter Lot K to end the parade.
