The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) is conducting a homicide investigation following a shooting at 3902 Cobb Road on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 10:47 p.m. HPD officers in the area on an unrelated call located the victim after hearing a loud altercation and gunshots.
