River Kids

Green Team is partnering with Alabama Cooperative Extension System and Alabama 4-H for summer water programs at Hays Nature Preserve. Open to ages 9-18, River Kids teaches children how to kayak safely. The free program starts with a mandatory safety class on land followed by a float down the Flint River.  Registration is required and class sizes are limited to 10 per event.
