The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 25, at 1 p.m. in Engineering Conference Room #1, located at 320 Fountain Circle – 1st Floor, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:
- Approval of Minutes of Sept. 8, 2022 meeting
- Finance Report
- Consideration of Modification No. 3 to the Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and Matheny Goldmon Architecture + Interiors, LLC
- Consideration of a resolution entering into a lease agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and the City of Huntsville for property located at Wheeler Avenue and Fiber Street
- Update on Huntsville City Hall project
- Any other business to come before the Authority
