Mayor Tommy Battle will present his annual State of the City address at a luncheon hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber at noon Tuesday, Sept. 10, at the Von Braun Center Saturn Ballroom. The ticketed event is sold out. The public may watch the address live on HSV TV (Comcast 1088/16 and WOW 42) or on the City of Huntsville website.
