Canceled: Mayor’s Bike Ride

This event is canceled due to rain.

Join Mayor Tommy Battle and Healthy Huntsville on this family-friendly bike ride around Downtown Huntsville! The ride will be between 4 and 5 miles, starting and finishing at Big Spring Park East.

Bring your own bike, or rent one of the Blue Bikes at the station next to the YMCA! Helmets are required.

This year we will also be joined by two local NASA Rover Challenge winning teams; University of Alabama in Huntsville – Team 1 and Buckhorn High School, who will pedal their man-powered vehicles along the route.

Blevins Bicycle Company  and  Alabama Bicycle Coalition – AlaBike  will have tents setup with bikes, helmets and safety information!
