NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING SPECIAL SESSION
The Downtown Redevelopment Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, May 8, at 5:30 p.m. in the 1st Floor Council Chambers, located at 308 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:
1. Approval of the Minutes from the April 10, 2018, meeting.
2. Resolution to approve and adopt Bylaws of the Downtown RedevelopmentAuthority.
3. Presentation by John Hamilton to give an update on the City Council’s review andapproval of the new boundaries of Downtown Redevelopment Area.
4. Presentation by Cissy Cates “Overview of Alabama Ethics Law,” and other legal issues.
5. Review draft “Conflict of Interest” form.
6. Other business.
