The City of Huntsville’s municipal offices will be closed for all non-essential personnel in observance of Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11, and reopen on Thursday, November 12.

Garbage Collection : Wednesday’s residential curbside collection will be picked up on Thursday, November 12. Households whose normal garbage pick-up day is on Thursday will have their garbage collected on Friday, November 13.

Public Transit : Shuttle bus and paratransit service (Handi-Ride) will not be in service on Wednesday, November 11. Normal operating hours will resume on Thursday, November 12.
