The Huntsville City Council will hold a Special Session on Monday, Aug. 31, at 10:30 a.m. for the purpose of certifying and canvassing the votes from the Aug. 25 Municipal Election. By law, the votes must be certified by noon on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
