The HPCAC will hold its quarterly public meeting on Tuesday, May 14 at 6 p.m. in District 2. The discussion will be centered on the new Hands-Free ordinance, which prohibits drivers from holding cell phones and other communication devices while operating a motor vehicle. The event will take place in the AV Room at Hampton Cove Middle School.
