The quality of life for citizens today, and in the future, depends on multiple mobility options. The City of Huntsville encourages citizens to pursue transit options that reduce traffic congestion.

Ride-sharing benefits include:

• Reduce wear and tear on your car• Save money
• Reduce traffic and auto emissions

ENTERPRISE RIDESHARE

For commuters, Enterprise Rideshare van pooling allows groups of coworkers, who live near one another, the opportunity to jointly commute to work. Learn more on the  Enterprise Van Pool website.

COMMUTESMART

CommuteSmart Huntsville is a computerized ridesharing service for working commuters. CommuteSmart offers free online ride-matching and employer and commuter services. To sign up for services, please register on the  CommuteSmart website.

FEDERAL EMPLOYEES

Federal employees can receive up to $260/per month as part of the Transit Benefit Program (or Transit Incentive Program for the Navy or Marines) to be used toward commuting on public transit, like Enterprise Rideshare.
