STAC and ALEA Agents Make Arrests in Cocaine Trafficking Case

Agents with the Madison-Morgan County HIDTA Drug Task Force (STAC) along with Agents from ALEA, have charged three men in relation to a lengthy cocaine trafficking investigation.

The arrests were the result of two search warrants served on October 25 in the 100 block of Stetson Drive in Huntsville and the 2900 block of Pasture View Lane in Owens Cross Roads.  The search warrants resulted in the seizure of almost 2 pounds of cocaine, over $22,000 in cash, prescription drugs and a handgun.  The drugs have an estimated street value of over $150,000

Agents charged 40 year old Jamil Pride of Nashville and 46 year old Chester Rogers of Huntsville with Trafficking in Cocaine.  Agents also charged 39 year old Gamal Pride of Huntsville with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The case is still under investigation and additional arrests and federal charges could follow.
