Cartledge travels across the country raising awareness for those who make the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Saturday, he will honor fallen officers from across Alabama, including Huntsville Police Officer Garrett Crumby, who was killed in the line of duty on March 28.
The community is invited to cheer on Cartledge during his run from the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Fallen Officers Memorial on Southside Square to the Fallen Officers Memorial at 815 Wheeler Ave. Drivers should expect brief road closures in the area during the run.
