Weather permitting, Hollow Road from North Memorial Parkway to Meridian Street will close Thursday, July 27, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sanitary sewer improvements.
Motorists are highly encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion. Traffic control will be in place to direct vehicles around the construction site. Please use caution in the area.
Weather permitting, the turn lane onto northbound Patton Road from westbound Drake Avenue will close for roadwork from Wednesday, July 12, to Tuesday, July 18.
Drivers should find alternate routes as delays are expected.
Weather permitting, the intersection of Governors Drive and Clinton Avenue will close at 5 a.m. Sunday, July 9, to accommodate the removal of old signal poles. The closure will last approximately five hours.
Weather permitting, the southbound outermost lane of Wall Triana Boulevard between Electronics Boulevard and Remington Trail will close at 8 a.m. Monday, June 5. The closure will run through Thursday, June 15, as contractors construct a new turn lane for the Air Cargo Access Road extension.
Traffic control measures will be in place to assist motorists.
Murdock Place from Johnstone Circle to Southhurst Drive will be closed from noon Friday, May 26, to 3 p.m., Tuesday, May 30, for a roadwork project.
Drivers should take alternate routes to avoid the construction area.
The southbound lanes of Providence Main Street, from Town Center Drive to Walden Run, will close at 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 31. The closure is expected to reopen on Sunday, June 4. The closure is necessary to accommodate the construction of a crane that will be used to deconstruct the existing cranes in the construction area.

Weather permitting, beginning Monday, May 22, a portion of White Street between California Street and Eustis Avenue is closed to through traffic as crews complete roadway and utility repairs. The estimated time to complete the repairs is six weeks.
Drivers should detour to California Street or Eustis Avenue to avoid the work area.
The intersection of Riviera Avenue and Tascosa Drive is closed until 8 a.m. Monday, May 22, for a cross drain repair. Drivers should find alternate routes while work is ongoing.
Weather permitting, Washington and Jefferson streets near Huntsville Madison County Veterans Memorial Park will temporarily close Monday, May 15, to accommodate a project at the park. Washington Street will close from 8-11 a.m., while Jefferson Street will close from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. These projects will also require a temporary closure of the Interstate 565 ramps toward downtown (see attached map).
