Longwood Drive Temporary Road Closure, Sept. 17-18

Weather permitting, beginning Thursday, September 17 through Friday, September 18, from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily., contractors will be closing a segment of Longwood Drive where it intersects Whitesburg Drive.

The closure is to accommodate the installation of a new water line for Huntsville Utilities.  Please see the map below to view the affected traffic area.

Motorists are highly encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid congestion. Traffic control, as well as road closure signage will be in place to direct traffic around the work area.
