Major Crimes Unit Arrest
October 19, 2021The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged a 15-year-old with Murder after a shooting at 800 Monroe Street around 1 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 10. The juvenile suspect’s identity will not be released. 18-year-old Tyree Humphrey died at the hospital following the shooting. HPD Major Crimes Unit Investigators believe the suspect and victim were acquaintances and the shooting stemmed from a verbal altercation.
