December 9, 2022The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged David Telton Tolbert, 48, with capital murder following a shooting incident. HPD Officers responded to the 7400 block of Highway 72 W in Madison on Tuesday, Nov. 15. Major Crimes Unit Investigators believe a domestic-related dispute led up to the shooting death of his wife, Savannah Hancock Tolbert, 37.
