Smithsonian exhibition on implicit bias coming to Huntsville in April

February 23, 2023Pratt Avenue in Huntsville will see significant landscaping and sidewalk upgrades as part of an upcoming streetscape improvement project. City Council authorized Mayor Tommy Battle to enter into an agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation for the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) project.
