June 16, 2023The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) promoted four Investigators, three Sergeants, a Lieutenant, Captain and Deputy Chief on Friday, June 16. During a special ceremony, Officers Cody Izzo, Samuel Lane, Ricky McCarver and Paul Nordan were promoted to the rank of Investigator.
