September 5, 2023Sept. 6, 2023 update: The U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended Tye’ Deshun Stevens, 23, in Anniston, Alabama, this afternoon. Stevens will be brought back to Madison County and booked in the jail on the two capital murder warrants.
