Recovery resource event returns to Huntsville for second year
September 20, 2023The City of Huntsville and R.O.S.S. Madison County are partnering once again to host a recovery resource event to help our community access much needed resources. Attendees gather information from representatives of local resource groups during the first Breaking Down Barriers event in 2022. September 19, 2023During its Aug. 24 meeting, City Council recognized international guests and winners from the Space4Youth Competition, sponsored by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs and the Space Generation Advisory Council. The Space4Youth winners were selected based on their essays that considered space as a tool to accelerate change in sustainable water resources management, hydrology and the protection of aquatic ecosystems.
