Mayor Tommy Battle, City leaders cut ribbon on ADA-compliant pier at Hays Nature Preserve
July 16, 2024An ADA-compliant pier at Hays Nature Preserve is now available anglers of all abilities, thanks to a private donation. A celebratory ribbon-cutting provided an opportunity to thank the James Gordon Williams Legacy Fund, which donated $85,000 to fund the pier’s design and construction.
