HEMSI was staged at the Command Post and attempted to render aid to Pugh. He succumbed to his injuries sustained in the incident. November 17, 2020The Huntsville Police Special Victim’s Investigative Unit arrested 39 yr old Ioan Adrian Cojocaru on Nov 11th for Sexual Abuse 1st Degree. Cojocaru was a licensed massage therapist from Florence, AL that also works in Huntsville. The arrest stems from an October investigation where an adult female alleged he had inappropriate contact with her while receiving a massage.
