Huntsville municipal offices on two-hour delay

City of Huntsville municipal offices, including Municipal Court, will open at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 3, due to the threat of inclement winter weather. Fixed-route Orbit transit and Access paratransit service will also operate on a two-hour delay.

Residential garbage collection could be delayed in mountainous areas, but it will depend on road conditions. Citizens can sign up for emergency notifications via our website or follow the Huntsville Police Department’s Facebook and Twitter for road closures and other traffic safety information.
