Huntsville Man Charged with Convenient Store Robbery

Huntsville Police have charged Joshua Boone, 29 of New Market, for the overnight robbery of a convenient store

Officers responded to the Minit Man Grocery, 4001 University Drive, around 2:00 this morning.  The clerk stated the suspect asked for change and then pushed them and took money from the register.  He left in a Ford Explorer but was located by officers a short time later at the Kangaroo gas station on Jordan Lane.  After further investigation he was charged with Strong Arm Robbery.
