Ever wondered what that mushroom is in your yard, near your tree or growing on your tree? Learn all about mushrooms that we avoid and ones that have nutritional value during this Saturday Series at Hays Nature Preserve. Rhonda Britton with the The Alabama Cooperative Extension System will show how to identify mushrooms.
Those who want to grow mushrooms at home will leave with a log inoculated with the spores for growing Shiitake Mushrooms.
