Public Building Authority Special Session

The Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on April 30, at 1 p.m. in the Engineering Conference Room #1, located at 320 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama.

AGENDA

1. Approval of minutes of April 22, 2020 meeting.
2. Acceptance of the Deed for certain real property for the Amphitheater.
3. Pre-Construction Agency Agreement with the City of Huntsville which includes appointing the City as Representative/ Agent on behalf of the PBA.
4. Acceptance of Assignment of Architectural Agreement with Matheny Goldman Architecture + Interiors, LLC.
5. Discussion on Request for Production for Construction Manager At­Risk Services and Permission to release Request for Production when finalized.
6. Any other business to come before the Authority.
