The Huntsville Police Department in partnership with the North Huntsville Community Watch Associations, Parks & Recreation and Alabama A&M University, are sponsoring the North Precinct Block Party. It will be held on the grounds of Alabama A&M University next to the North Precinct. North Precinct Captain Jeffery B. Rice Sr. is hosting the event.
