The Downtown Redevelopment Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the 1st Floor Council Chambers, located at 308 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:
- Call to order
- Approval of minutes from the Jan. 11, 2022, meeting
- Chair’s report on Jefferson Hotel Partners, the Hyatt House hotel and The Ventis Group
- Presentation by Shane Davis or Jim McGuffey, City of Huntsville Department of Urban Development
- Presentation by John Tampa, President and CEO of Ascent Hospitality
- Presentation by Rod Kanter, Partner Bradley, Arant Boult and Cummings, LLP
- Adjourn
