The Downtown Redevelopment Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the 1st Floor Council Chambers, located at 308 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:
1. Approval of the Minutes from the March 9, 2021, meeting.
2. Chair’s report on Jefferson Hotel Partners and the Hyatt House Hotel.
3. Presentation by Rob Heard, Dallas Mill Owner, LLC.
4. Presentation by Shane Davis and Jim McGuffey, City of Huntsville Department of Urban Development.
5. Presentation by Rod Kanter from Bradley Arant.
6. Other business.
