Building a better you: Fitness in the Park kicks off 2024 series on May 4

Limber up, stretch, hydrate and make plans to join the 2024 edition of Fitness in the Park. The series of one-hour workouts starts Saturday, May 4, in Big Spring Park East with Family Boot Camp, presented by Burn Boot Camp. The City of Huntsville’s municipal offices and Municipal Court will close Friday, March 29, in observance of Good Friday. City offices will reopen Monday, April 1, at 8 a.m. Because garbage collection occurs Monday-Thursday, there is no change to service. Huntsville Transit will operate a normal schedule on Friday for both Orbit fixed-route buses and Access paratransit services.
