Healthy Huntsville partners with Scale Back Alabama to Help Residents Reach Health Goals

This year, Healthy Huntsville’s partnership with “Scale Back Alabama” is going virtual. Scale Back Alabama (SBA) is a free, statewide wellness program for adults, ages 18 or older, who live in Alabama or work for an Alabama-based organization. It is designed to encourage Alabamians to get healthy and have fun while doing it. In years past, there was only one goal of Scale Back Alabama: To lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. [ more ]
