City of Huntsville municipal offices will open at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, due to the possibility of early morning icy road conditions. Orbit and Access paratransit service will operate on a normal schedule, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Huntsville organizations are opening warming centers for those seeking shelter from severe cold temperatures.
